Kelley Traister

Project Director


Kelley Traister, LSW is the Project Director for the Community-led Research Project Coordination Center (C3), a national NIH funded coordination center that aims to advance the science of community-led structural intervention research by providing research capacity building resources to community-based organizations conducting community-led research. She joined the UHC in 2017 as a Project Manager and has managed a portfolio of projects using community-based participatory research approaches, including the West Philly Promise Neighborhood data and research core. She previously worked in the non-profit sector in Connecticut, managing a statewide housing first collaborative, and critical time intervention program serving chronically homeless individuals. She received her MSW from Fordham University and her bachelor’s degree in anthropology and sociology from Western Connecticut State University.
